Important Care Instructions
Cold Cups
Only suitable for cold drinks, we recommend hand washing only for this item. Inside of the cup should not be submerged. Outside should only be very gently wiped with a damp soft cloth when necessary. Lid and straw can be soaked and scrubbed for cleanliness. Treat it right and they will last ages.
Can Glasses
The glass element is dishwasher safe though we do recommend hand washing or washing on eco wash setting to offer longetivity for the print, like anything constantly being washed in high temperatures, fading will eventually happen.
Lid Care - Remove the rubber seal give a really good wash and dry air thoroughly. Lids on these are bamboo and may crack/split or grow mould if soaked.
Tote Bags/Clothing/Cushion Covers/Pillow cases/Sacks
These are recommended to be hand washed for longetivity however they can be washed in the washing machine, use a cold or cool cycle, with the item inside out. Please avoid using fabric softener as this can have an affect on the print and may cause cracking. If ironing, iron inside out on a low setting.
Insulated Tumblers
Like our can glasses the insulated steel tumblers are dishwasher safe, including the lids and straws. but we recommend hand washing or washing on eco-setting as higher temperatures will eventually lead to fading.
Engraved Wood
Please hand wash these items in warm soapy water, give a really good wash and dry air thoroughly. Please do not leave these items submerged in water or they may crack/split or develop mould.
Mugs
these are dishwasher safe,. but we recommend hand washing or washing on eco-setting as higher temperatures will eventually lead to fading.
Teddy Bears
Please rub with a damp cloth and allow to dry. please do not put these in the tumble dryer
