Although this tumbler is dishwasher safe we advise that you hand wash only to ensure the longevity of the tumbler as the dishwasher can cause fading over time
The valve on the lid must be left open when boiled water has been poured into the tumbler to allow the steam to escape and the lid to stay secure in place. The valve can then be closed when the liquid has cooled enough to present no steam.
*Colours may differ slightly from the photo seen due to monitor settings.
Please note I try and dispatch products within 3-5 days although at peak times this can extend to 5-7 days.
Your product will be shipped with either royal mail or a courier company.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Personalised Items/Spelling
Please always check your spelling for personalisation as refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. I can assume there is a mistake when names are spelt different ways. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
